Returns

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for components that haven't been installed, modified, or fired. All original packaging and documentation must be included.

To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization number and shipping address.

There's no restocking fee for unopened components returned in original condition. For opened but unused items, we assess a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs.

We cannot accept returns on:

• Installed or fired components
• Custom-machined or tolerance-matched items
• Components with damaged packaging or missing documentation
• Elective returns after 30 days

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving returned items. They're issued to the original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees.
