Orders process within 1-3 business days. Complex custom orders requiring specific tolerance matching may take up to 5 business days - we'll notify you if additional time is needed.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) and UPS Ground (1-5 business days). Tracking numbers are automatically emailed when your order ships.

Signature confirmation is required for all shipments containing frames or complete slide assemblies. You'll receive tracking updates directly from the carrier.

International shipping: We currently ship only to U.S. addresses due to ITAR regulations and export control compliance. APO/FPO addresses are accepted with verification of military status.

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination. We don't markup shipping - you pay exactly what the carriers charge us.
